• Proof of Identity: Aadhaar card, PAN card, or voter ID.
• Proof of Address: Electricity bill, bank passbook, rent agreement, or Aadhaar card.
• Proof of Date of Birth: Birth certificate, school leaving certificate, or PAN card.

• Documents for Passport Renewal / Re-issue
• Original old passport
• Self-attested photocopies of the first and last pages of the passport
• Proof of address change (if your residential address has changed)Valid visa or work permit copy (if applying from outside
